Short-term contract to implement a PMO governance framework on the Nucleus UK Programme (AI and data analytics). I produced and managed a governance pack which included Terms of Reference, RACI, organisational charts, scope and plan on a page. I also setup document structures on Teams and Confluence, attended all programme meetings up to SteerCo and produced minutes and actions. I created and managed weekly status reports and held weekly risks and issues review with the Project Managers.

As a PMO Lead for the Fixed Line Improvement Programme (FLIP), I was responsible for setting up a PMO function from scratch, producing and updating PMO documents including ToR, PID, status packs, plan on a page, RAID logs, org charts, meeting schedules, communications plans and action logs. I provided leadership and direction to the PMO team and worked closely with the programme manager and workstream leads to ensure the programme remained within timelines, budget and governance controls. I chaired weekly status meetings, attended monthly Steering Committees and managed communications to the programme team and stakeholders via email, SharePoint, status packs and Yammer. As a PMO Lead for the pilot of the Fixed Line Improvement Programme (FLIP), I was responsible for representing the carrier network on daily liaison with offshore partner to define and agree priorities, timelines and payment of key vendors. I prepared reports and analysed weekly statistics for the senior management team via a priority list and served as the primary point of contact for key UK and international vendors regarding payments. I managed and resolved vendor payment issues prior to cut off notices being issued and worked in close collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of down payments. I also worked closely with the technical team to identify and report on system issues.

I worked as a PMO to the Content Supply Chain in a delivery-focused role with ownership for supporting the delivery of the Content Processing programme as part of a £25M Content Supply Chain transformation. My responsibilities included producing packs, chairing working groups, preparing portfolio reports, managing board and steering committees, managing RAID and overseeing Confluence site.
