My responsibilities include documenting As-Is processes across various departments, using online tools to support the collection of information with stakeholders, constructing process maps at either a Level 3 or Level 4 visual, and inputting into FMEA's to highlight the risks and issues within current processes. My achievements include gathering information from a central pool of information, highlighting risks and issues for To-Be process creation, creating a RACI chart, and preparing for the To-Be process.

I was responsible for designing and testing a new project methodology to ensure accountability on projects. I produced all documentation templates for 5D's process framework, selected tools to support stakeholders, and redesigned the whole project process from 'request' to delivery. I also worked with a 3rd Party Development team in Vietnam and in-house teams.

I have been working as a contractor in the Handover Information team on the £15bn Crossrail project to support delivering Operation and Maintenance Manuals for the new tube line (the Elizabeth Line) in London. My main responsibilities included assisting the Handover Information Manager in implementing the O&M information requirements, supporting the compliance of information by the station site teams relating to our client's assets and managing the integrity of the information handed over from the Crossrail project, finally to the London Underground stations. During my two years of experience, I have achieved success in delivering O&M Manuals, ensuring information compliance and maintaining information integrity.

I was responsible for eliciting requirements using storyboarding, developing effective stakeholder communication, creating mock ups/wireframes using Balsamiq, and creating as-is and to-be process maps using Gliffy. During my two years in this role, I was able to successfully deliver multiple projects on time, develop efficient stakeholder communication, and successfully implement storyboarding and process maps.

My core business offering was centred around improving data quality in organisations. I was responsible for reducing backlog of documents by championing the use of a more consistent approach to reviewing documents in a timely fashion by using a matrix of pre-defined comments to apply to set requirements. I also supported the Data Manager to plan a data quality improvement project in the organisation and designed bite sized learning to be delivered in team meetings to increase awareness of the importance of data quality, based on Kotter's 8 steps to change. My achievements included a 100% reduction in backlog, increased awareness of data quality and a matrix of pre-defined comments for set requirements.

I have supported Adult Social Care by designing and delivering self-service reports for Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards, Mental Health and Safeguarding functions. I have also extracted, transformed and reported data for internal and external key performance indicators. I have analysed common data input problems and actively sought to resolve anomalies and improve processes to prevent reoccurring issues. Furthermore, I have created a new method for the DoLS process to speed up the decision-making element by 30%.

I have been responsible for implementing contract process maps that exceed compliance and audit requirements, creating action plans with team members to support and encourage them in their job roles and achieve team goals, improving compliance by more than 40%, and collaborating to produce new ideas to increase performance and maintain motivation in the team. I have also managed independent gastro pubs that prided themselves on fresh food, great selection of drinks, and providing an excellent customer experience.
