I have been working as a PMO Analyst where my role involves maintaining and continuously evolving SME bank's governance framework and reporting rhythm, managing committees, preparing reports, capturing meeting minutes and managing project plans. I have successfully managed the SME bank's governance, developed and implemented reporting rhythm, identified and tracked risks and issues, and facilitated RAID review sessions.

I was responsible for supporting the improvement of PMO governance processes, ensuring project managers and workstream leads understood governance processes, tracking milestones, consolidating project plans into a master plan, managing the RAID log, coordinating joiners, movers and leavers process, maintaining awareness of operational risk, managing the PMO's central mailbox, capturing minutes during meetings, supporting onboarding of new starters and ordering IT equipment.
