As a CRM Feasibility & Acquisition Project Manager, I undertook the management of full lifecycle for competitive Request for Tenders for CRM solutions (Dynamics/Salesforce/Drupal Bespoke). In my role as Senior Delivery Manager, I was responsible for the development and implementation of a structured project delivery governance framework across Lewisham Council. This included the revision of the existing portfolio, full delivery and governance support for in-flight projects, and the development of a robust governing framework and supporting QA and audit processes. Despite the disruption caused by Covid, I was able to complete this work to schedule by April 2020.

I was responsible for the rationalisation and migration of all banking Group Payroll Systems to new HR Operating Model to ensure statutory compliance with the Independent Commission on Banking report. I managed the payroll & pensions data integration and Cloud Migration project including the migration of 50,000 resources from 7 payrolls into a single bespoke ERP Payroll & Pensions platform. I also worked on a large scale Cloud Data Migration and Payroll Engine Migration projects, including ResourceLink\PeopleSoft CRM to WorkDay ERP, SaaS Cloud migration of ResourceLink (HR engine) from PeopleSoft ER

I was responsible for developing and implementing a benefits realisation framework for a large scale Business Transformation programme at City of Edinburgh Council. My role was to ensure best practice in realisation of efficiency benefits by identifying channel shift and process improvements, quantifying financial and process analysis, and mentoring delivery teams. I also delivered all framework documents with stakeholder sign-off, managed stakeholder relationships, and delivered a front end portal for core Council services.

I was responsible for consolidating and standardising reporting and data conciliation systems and processes across Standard Life Group (SLG) in preparation for migration to Oracle Hyperion ERP Reporting Group Portal. My primary responsibilities included managing the Tata Consultancy Services (TCS)/Standard Life relationship and deliverables, delivering the programme plan, consolidating disparate SLG systems, and standardising data management and reporting tools. My major projects included SAP Business Objects to Oracle Hyperion ERP Cloud Migration, Oracle ERP Quantitative Reporting - Cloud based, Asset Data Streams Conciliation, and Independent Reconciliations. I achieved successful migration to Oracle Hyperion ERP, delivery of a financial reporting solution, streamlining of data architecture, and identification and resolution of data issues.

I have been responsible for developing and implementing immediate recovery actions to bring key projects into line and allow the client, to meet its commitment to deliver a 'white label' Employee Services Portal. My core responsibilities included stakeholder management, management of 3rd party multi-site teams, and implementing a defects management recovery plan. I have successfully achieved the goals of the project, including the delivery of marketing and regulatory compliance, implementation of UAT and defects management, and integration of online tools and supporting business processes into the Lifelens portal.

As Programme Manager, I was responsible for the delivery of Phase 1 of a 3 phase Agile programme transforming the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) online payments portal for Agriculture, Farming and Rural Communities (AFRC).
