As a Technical Business Analyst I was responsible for data migration from the clients' internal database to a data warehouse. My responsibilities included defining the project approach, contacting key stakeholders, creating a source catalogue, and investigating PowerBI queries. My achievements included creating a data source detail document, requirements elicitation, analysing SQL and introducing a new system.

I have been responsible for defining project approach, completing user research, facilitating and executing plan, and documenting project roadmap. My achievements include situation analysis, gap analysis, option analysis, and cost benefit analysis. I have also documented As-Is and To-Be workflow, created a RACI Chart, and delivered a Business Case document.

I worked on digital transformation projects included creating a new logo for London's Black Women's Project, upgrading the existing website, and rebuilding the website to be responsive and adaptive to various devices. I liaised with stakeholders at all levels, documented requirements, prioritised requirements, and drove quick and continuous delivery to the client. I also proactively evaluated current processes and systems and recommended solutions for continuous improvement.

As a Junior Business Analyst I was responsible for researching and presenting various systems to aid Audio Visual in the office, as well as exploring software for the use of booking meeting rooms within the office. I achieved improved Audio Visual in the office, increased efficiency of booking meeting rooms, reduced time for Audio Visual research, and streamlined software for booking meeting rooms. I provided support to the office in these areas.
