Managed the outsource of ICVC and life and pension administration to HSBC. Built an internal project focus to remove the reliance on consultants. Negotiated and managed the TPA relationship. Delivered cost benefits and service improvements.

Provided program management for an alternative investment model, including delivery of two illiquid FCP funds, $6bn asset transfer planning, closure of historical tax structures, US structure investigations, to manage ECI asset tax risk, tax and financial reporting consolidation, and proof of concept with a decentralized ledger technology platform. Project budget was in excess of £8m.

Provided oversight and support for phase 2 management and managed phase 3-delivered OEIC fund range launch with operating model and support functions. Developed operating model and data integration with 5 sub investment managers. Managed asset transitions of £25bn from existing segregated mandates, external investment management funds and new internal client fund ranges.
