During this time, I have delivered a number of successful implementations across multiple geographic regions and managed a significant high-profile multi-region change. I have also built an excellent working relationship with our Finance and Business Users, and improved my technical SQL skills. I have also introduced structured code walk-throughs, which has cut down development and testing time and improved code quality.

I worked as a Collateral Management Business Analyst/Project Manager for 2 years. My role involves developing and enhancing the Exposure Manager system and consolidating data from multiple sources. I have been managing a global Collateral Management System Project, providing support to the Collateral Management Unit Business users in London, New York, Singapore and Mexico. As a Compliance IT Project Manager, my job was to support and enhance the MANTAS System based in London. This system is used globally by Barclays Capital to provide support to the Compliance teams in Europe, the US and Asia. My role includes managing a wide range of traded products including credit derivatives, equities, equity derivatives, and interest rate derivatives.

As a Group Treasury Data and Systems Analyst, my main duties included running the Monthly Bancware UAT Regression Test, managing the UAT and Production Specifications, writing/updating Specifications for new and updated feeds, and performing data analysis, test data preparation, and data cleansing. I achieved success in ensuring that the UAT and Production Specifications reflected the current software, successfully completing the Monthly Bancware UAT Regression Test, creating new and updated feeds Specifications, and performing data analysis, test data preparation, and data cleansing.

As a Business Analyst, I worked on a project to upgrade the Standard Settlement Instruction Counterparty Reference Data functionality of the centralised RBS Nucleus Counterparty data repository. I have successfully migrated 1.2 Million SSIs from the Wall Street system, centralised the data within Nucleus and provided functionality to feed the Wall Street system with SSIs in the future.
