As a Business Analyst with 2 years of experience, I am responsible for establishing the first point of communication with the client, gathering and understanding the business requirements and translating them into analytical deliverables. I analyze and interpret complex data sets using statistical techniques and data visualization tools such as Power BI to uncover actionable insights. I also develop and maintain automated reports and dashboards using Google Analytics and Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide timely insights to stakeholders. Additionally, I create data models and perform data transformation tasks to support business intelligence initiatives, identify trends, patterns and anomalies in data and perform A/B testing for website model.
