I am a passionate business change specialist with experience in a wide variety of industries, including retail, leisure, supply chain, financial and professional services, not for profit and travel.
I have owned my own business and have experience in outsourced models. My skills include project management, strategic thinking, coaching, training, people-focused change management, business development and problem solving.
With approximately 28 stakeholders and an average of 180 hires over 12 months I was bought in to manage the outsourcing of the field sales recruitment for Avon.

Working within a franchise framework, built two gyms from the ground up taking responsibility as owner for the two sites and using my experience gained elsewhere to provide business framework to create high performing teams.
Creating digital tools such as sales dashboards and automated processes to save teams the time on mundane tasks so they can focus on their customers has been the priority for this role.

Led Customer Success team change programme whilst managing the team, moving them from reactive to proactive client support model and increasing the annual recurring revenue by £1.2 Million in 12 months using data within SAAS products to analyse via Power BI.
Design and implementation of variety of measures for SAAS based client, eArcu, to support them during the pandemic. These included negotiating with the existing eArcu client base on fee’s, providing new features to increase value and supporting change programmes focused on redeployment, redundancy & TUPE.
