My primary responsibilities include creating a dashboard with Power BI to help clients compare different employee benefit packages, modelling a comprehensive dashboard with Power BI to facilitate the comparison of various employee benefits packages, using DAX and Excel to transform and process client data, and providing valuable technical expertise and insights to assist the client in optimising data utilisation. I have achieved success in developing a comprehensive dashboard, identifying key metrics for display, providing valuable technical insights, and collaborating with the client to optimise data.

I created interactive dashboards, reports, and visualisations using Power BI, integrating and refining data from varied sources. I have constructed and implemented data models in Power BI, employing DAX formulas for calculations, metrics, and custom calculations. I have conducted data cleansing, transformation, and loading using Power Query in Power BI to ensure correct and consistent data. I have also employed SQL for crafting queries, manipulating data, and overseeing the creation and management of database tables, views, and indexes. Additionally, I have used Microsoft Excel for data analysis, utilising functions like VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, PivotTables, and data validation.

I was a Technology Internship Program with 2 months of experience in June 2023. My main responsibilities included retrieving data from customer sales databases, transforming and filtering data, loading and visualizing data, and conducting a literature review. My achievements included identifying key business intelligence, applying data visualization techniques, demonstrating proficiency in data visualization, and adequately presenting insights. I leveraged Google Colab, a cloud-based Python environment, to perform data analysis and visualization tasks.
