My role involves supporting the workstream Project Manager to provide analysis and support for SMEs, managing interdependencies between stakeholders, providing remediation coordination, and managing governance and material coordination. I have been successful in setting the regulatory direction from the Bank of England, collaborating effectively to improve delivery outcomes, and leading briefings for stakeholders within a workstream. My job as a PMO consultant for Tesco Pay+ (formerly PayQwiq) was to build and maintain master project plans, run governance forums, prepare programme governance, manage and maintain programmes, establish training material and ensure awareness of regulations. I was also the RBAC (Role Based Access Control) Champion for the programme and was responsible for the office relocation and rebranding of the product.
