I have worked as a Delivery Partner in the retail & e-commerce industry, where I have implemented multiple payment methods for online checkout, single sign on with salesforce cloud, website re-design, migrated customer data, order data & content from legacy commerce platform to the new headless e-commerce architecture, and successfully managed geographically distributed teams. I have also achieved success in reducing the backlog of active production incidents from 30+ to a running backlog of under 5 and delivered projects worth more than USD 2.5 Mn per year.

As a Digital Release Manager I was responsible for the successful rollout of AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) releases the Virginmedia.com platform. My main responsibilities included managing all AEM environments & software / release version running on them, measuring and monitoring progress to ensure application releases were delivered on time and within budget, managing risks, issues & impediments for each release across several scrum teams, and guiding and coaching team on Agile ways of working. During my tenure, delivered over 25 releases to production, created and managed reporting dashboards in Jira for each release, and conducted training / sessions when needed.

As a Delivery Manager I implemented Oracle WCS based content management system with Eloqua & Oracle Fusion for the vodafone.com enterprise portal. My responsibilities included building plans and managing deliveries with partners, transition of service to BAU, manage budget risks, issues & dependencies and stake holder management. I achieved success in rolling out Single Sign On capabilities & on boarding large Enterprise customers on the SSO platform (Oracle IDAM). Worked with VF local markets to plan, budget, create business case & roll out 4 Search implementations
