I have a good understanding of the software development life cycle and software testing life cycle, including test planning, test case creation, test case execution using acceptance criteria, defect management, and test closure. I have experience using Postman to work with REST web services, verifying databases by writing and executing SQL queries, and handling mobile testing for web applications through Perfecto. I am also familiar with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile Scrum.
