I have been working as a Selenium web driver git and jenkins since April 2014. I have been responsible for performing Functional and Automation testing, developing frameworks such as Behaviour Driven Development (BDD) and Hybrid using Page Object Model (POM) design pattern using Java, executing functional and Automation test cases, tracking the results and reporting the defects, maintaining Source Code Repositories using Github and SVN, Continuous Integration using Jenkins, updating the progress status on daily basis to the Scrum team, Test results analysis and quality assurance for project delivered and providing Project's demo with PO's and Clients from USA.

As a Team Lead, I have been responsible for leading a team of 6 members, sending daily execution and defect status reports to clients, co-ordinating with stakeholders, performing early testing, designing test scenarios, testing new features and regression testing, tracking defects, and allocating tasks to the team members to meet daily deliverables. I have achieved successful launching to production environment, early testing before the corporate load testing, identifying root causes to production problems, and meeting daily deliverables.

As an Automation Tester I was responsible for developing automated test scripts, executing and monitoring automated tests, reporting and tracking defects and providing support for manual testing. During this period, I was able to reduce manual testing time by 50%, improve test coverage by 40%, increase product quality by 25% and decrease bug rate by 15%.
