As the Test Lead for Biffa, I was responsible for creating the Test Strategy for the product, reviewing the requirements, executing Test Scripts, and supporting the UAT team. I also created an UAT plan, held UAT feedback sessions, completed the project wrap up, and created the Test Completion Report. Working remotely with a new team was a challenge but I was able to successfully complete the tasks assigned to me.

As a Test UAT Lead with 2 years of experience, I have been involved in a number of projects at NHS Property Services. My responsibilities have included creating a Test Approach, writing Test Cases and Test Scripts, creating UAT Plans, identifying UAT users, issue creation and escalation, and attending bug triage meetings. I have achieved a great deal in my role, including managing multiple projects, identifying UAT users, and creating and escalating issues.

I was brought on board to as the Test Lead on a Greenfield project to set up the Test department from scratch. As a Test Team Lead for Plan it, I managed two work streams; one an Asset Management Tool and the second a range of financial reports. My responsibilities included managing a team of testers, mentoring the team, developing the Test Strategy document and the Test Plans, developing the UAT Approach and authoring UAT test scripts. My achievements included coordinating UAT sessions, creating a traceability matrix, holding defect triage meetings and liaising with suppliers and business users.

I was a QA Test Lead Android Mobile Tablet Tester, I was responsible for testing an app across Android devices. I was brought in on a short-term basis to cover development phase and product launch. My responsibilities included managing my own test environment, testing the application against the UX/UI documents, installing the app onto the device using Android studio, testing features developed by the dev team locally, carrying out end to end, functional testing, carrying out regression testing, managing and reviewing the clients defect list, and managing in house, defect list. Achievements included building the test department from scratch, installing the app on devices, carrying out regression testing, and reviewing the client defect list.

I am a QA tester, my responsibilities included managing the test lab, test process, defect tracking, and proxy settings across a range of Android and Apple devices. I achieved functional testing, testing the front end, testing the content management system, and regression testing. I used Jira as the test management and defect tracking tool.

I was a Senior Tester leading a project for an external client, Rufus Leonard. The project was built using an Agile (Scrum) methodology, and I was responsible for authoring and writing the Test Plan, carrying out detailed UI testing, site verification, accessibility testing, cross browser testing, system integration testing, writing UAT acceptance criteria, multiple device testing and testing the CMS system.
