As an IT administrator I interfaced with high-level client personnel, collecting performance feedback and integrating positive and negative evaluations into future IT policies. I also oversaw on-site IT engineer dispatch plans, creating pre-defined response scenarios for common malfunctions and service call types. Additionally, I worked closely with management teams to plan, develop and execute technical strategies aligned to the client's vision, and oversaw development and implementation of improvements to support and network operations.

As a Data Analyst I was responsible for producing monthly reports using advanced Excel spreadsheet functions, synthesising complex analytics-derived insights into easy-to-understand, actionable recommendations for business users, documenting effective and replicable methods for extracting data and organising data sources, identifying, analysing and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets, and using statistical methods to analyse data and generate useful business reports.

My key responsibilities included monitoring and controlling data upload, maintaining SharePoint applications, attending workshops and seminars to stay current on computer applications, and identifying and investigating bugs in data collection and reporting. My achievements during this time include successfully importing data, developing SharePoint applications, staying current on computer applications, and identifying and resolving data issues.
