In this role, I was responsible for supporting Business Change team to deliver projects covering new systems and processes and changes to existing systems and processes. I produced specifications and raised Change Requests, investigated operational problems and processes, evaluated options and proposed solutions. I consulted with stakeholders and SMEs to define FMEA (Failure Mode Effective Analysis) to support the process and system change. Additionally, I developed and maintained operational process maps and detailed work instructions, and contributed to new ways of working in Business Change team while supporting the culture of continuous improvement.

I am responsible for supporting the Business Change team with obtaining and analysing business requirements across different teams and utilising agile practices. My responsibilities include maximising productivity and enrolling in specialised training courses, as well as managing people change and improving IT applications. When working as a metering support team advisor I was responsible for GS failure administration, MOP flow processing, recertification planning and Northern Power Grid metering asset management. During this time, I have successfully deployed an improved and conformed NPG metering asset management system, and steered all aspects of deliveries for consistent progress. I have also optimised MOP flow processing and implemented recertification planning.
