As a Lead Test Analyst, I was responsible for understanding the requirements and change requests for the ORMB product (Revenue Management and Billing). I created the Requirement Traceability Matrix to show the coverage of each requirement and performed different types of testing across the ORMB modules. I logged close to 200 bugs and closed 500 bugs single headedly for the project. I also facilitated the testing kick-off meetings and created test reports after every release. I provided training to new hires and mentored fresh graduates.

As a Senior Test Analyst, I was responsible for testing batch jobs, zones and other product related entities as a part of early project assignment. I executed test cases and logged defects in BugZilla as per the scenarios. I also performed IUT testing based on the test plan prior to critical releases. I logged close to 165 bugs and closed 175 bugs single headedly for the project. I also conducted sessions for product team for Loan system.

As a Junior Test Analyst, I am responsible for black box testing and writing, reviewing and executing test cases. I document Requirement Traceability Matrix and Impact Matrix, and liaison with IT teams in scrum meetings to monitor progress. I am also involved in creating UAT scripts and managing UAT War rooms, creating post Go-Live training content and delivering the same. I have also helped develop in house CRM platform and design the Enterprise Teller interface.

As a Senior Test Analyst, I was responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of the GST regulation in India. My weekly activities included manual testing, requirements analysis and mapping, and team meetings. I reviewed and analyzed business and functional requirements, followed test plans to produce appropriate test scripts, and produced quality test documentation (Test Plans, Test Scripts and Traceability) to agreed deadlines. I also logged, prioritized and tracked bugs to completion, and analyzed live issues with a focus on continuous improvement.

As a UAE Test Lead, I am responsible for creating test plans for software releases, reviewing business and functional requirements to produce a test strategy and test cases, conducting Show & Tell sessions for clients and supporting them during UAT execution, and conducting Application training sessions. My achievements include Module Leadership, functional and UI Testing, Bug Review/Peer Review, and client support and communication after intermittent releases.
