The relationship with Project Partners has exceeded our expectations
Setting out to build a cloud-based data lake for our organisation, we quickly recognised that to do so would require both additional skill and capacity within our business to achieve our ambitious plans.
We first engaged the services of Project Partners in November 2019, having considered their offering against rival firms. Their service offering, experience, personnel, IR35 solution and commercials were compelling and closely aligned to our requirements.
Initially, we experienced some teething problems – some of the consultants we selected were no longer available due to a delayed start, and a couple of the consultants unfortunately did not meet our expectations. To their credit, Project Partners worked closely and flexibly with us to resolve these initial issues. They did this quickly, to our satisfaction and causing no overall delay to the Programme.
Since then, the relationship with Project Partners has exceeded our expectations – the Delivery Assurance and Management Team always do their best to accommodate our needs, and we are very pleased with the team of high-quality Consultants that they have provided. We continue to grow the team, trusting Project Partners to always provide great services quickly and at reasonable rates. Even during the pandemic, Project Partners have smoothly managed the remote selection and onboarding of further key team members. Finally, and most importantly to us, although we have engaged in an outcome-based Statement of Work, Project Partners consultants are highly integrated into our team, and have successfully driven the Programme forward.
