As a Student Ambassador at the University of Hull, I have been responsible for introducing children and young people to Higher Education, as well as advertising the university to prospective students at open day events. This role has involved problem-solving, organisation, public speaking to large audiences, liaising with various people and providing knowledge and information on the University.

As a Parliamentary intern researcher with 10 months of experience, I was responsible for policy work based on economics, with focus on new technologies such as Web 3 and cryptocurrency. I achieved success in highlighting some of problems facing vulnerable people with new technologies, securing a debate, and raising the profile of cryptocurrency use in Ukrainian fundraising efforts for war with the use of oral and written question.

As a Call Handler with 6 months of experience, I am responsible for collecting information from people who have tested positive for COVID-19 on behalf of Serco. This role has allowed me to gain experience in crossing language barriers, dealing with a multitude of questions, and understanding the needs of people who are struggling with different issues such as fear, anxiety, and boredom. I have been able to provide support and assistance to those in need.

As a Dining Assistant and Kitchen Porter I was responsible for serving meals to the residents and supporting kitchen staff. My role also included resolving disputes and developing my interpersonal skills to solve individual problems. I have achieved success in creating strong relationships with the residents, adapting to challenging situations and approaching specific problems with sensitivity.
