Done is about releasing resources and closing the project down.
The hard work is done. Phew what a relief.
You’re tracking the benefits.
You’ve agreed a handover date, and now it’s time to actually go and do that handover that we described in the previous section.
It’s time to tie up any loose ends, let any temporary resources go back to the business or wherever they came from. you might want to use it as an excuse for another celebration. That’s really all there is to it. It’s just a final check to make sure that everything’s covered.
